For about $10.00 more than a single room at a chain motel, you get two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. It is close to the lake, was very quiet when we stayed there. The staff was pleasant. Per the other post, the heat was turned down when we arrived but quickly warmed up. This was in December when it was cold. Had no problem with the hot water.
