This post is not meant to be an attack. It is simply stating my experience with Chateau Avalon. The hotel itself looks very nice, and I'm sure that several guests have not experienced issues such as this. This is, however, indicative of a larger problem with overall customer service.

My wife and I had a great stay here for our one year anniversary. We stayed in the Venetian room and it was very nice. The staff was very friendly and even let us tour a few other rooms. The chocolate desert was great and the breakfast was nice too.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic evening with the one they love!

This is a theme hotel with quite a few chocies.Close to all types of shopping, restaurants and the race track.This place had a wonderful spa tub and breakfast in the Tahitian Tree House.

I only wish they had a sofa down stairs and the TV is at the end of the stairs loft and I hit with my shoulder. It is a little bit of a tight fit.
