All staff are very friendly and hospitable. They are caring and protective of the guests comfort, safety, and privacy. The lobby with the fireplace is very comfortable. It is NOT a party hotel which we very much appreciated. It is a quiet place where you can be sure of a quiet rest. Bests cleanliness standards of anyplace we have stayed.

The night desk clerk is the best ever. She is very friendly, uplifting,helpful, and funny.

We always stay at the Madison when visiting Spokane. The staff will do anything to make your stay comfortable ~ the rooms are clean and quiet, the location is lovely, the price is right and our little dog loves visiting there just as much as we do!
