Great place to stay.I lived at the smart suites for 13 weeks. Had no issues with the place. Nice size rooms. Quite, and the front desk people are second to none. Friendly staff from the housekeeper to front desk people.2 of 2 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulOVERALL

It was awesome!I had a good time in this hotel. The employees were so kind. Breakfast was very good. The laundry room was next to the gym so, I could excercise and watch my laundry.

good dealit's a nice place to live, especially if you are a travelling professional.... the staff is very courteous and helpful and the rooms are pretty nice, the only problem is only one a/c for both the bedroom and living room.... but everything else is nice. you get high speed internet access, dishwasher, dishes are even included. 5 minute drive from fletcher allen5 of 6 Yahoo! Great ExperienceWe stayed at Smart Suites due to a corporate relocation. We were there for 2 1/2 months while househunting.

Labor Day weekendMy husband and I were totally impressed with Smart Suites. The room/suite was spacious and clean, the kitchenette was complete. The location was perfect for our needs. I CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVEA noisy, poorly constructed building. Management (Michelle) sits around doing nothing about your needs. I have placed 3 complaints about my accomendations. A horrible place for extened stay beyond 3 months. Unless you work for a company that will do battle for you. Thank God I work for an Agency that will step in and take care of matters. since they are very good at ingoring you. Once my job is done I will never go back there.5 of 10 Yahoo!
