Not as described. Not modern as advertised, with no air conditioning, rusty bathroom fan that was inoperable, and outdated furnishings. The location is within walking distance of many local attractions as described, however. We did not stay due to dissatisfaction with the accommodations but were not given our money back as the management considered it a cancellation, which it was not. Therefore, the service was unacceptable.
