Wonderful room we had- one of the two private ones. Other guests were very noisy and rude and nothing was really done to stop them other than that they were "spoken to".
Breakfasts were amazing! very very clean would go back but a bit expensive - would rather stay at the Sagamore down the street for those prices for a B&B.

I have stayed in B&B's all over this country and the Boathouse B&B is definitly one of the best in all catergories. A five star experience. The views of Lake George and the Adirondack Mountains from this historic and unique Boathouse took my breath away!!!!!
