Virginia and Joe are terrific hosts. The architecture and wood detail is very interesting. Quiet Rooms. 10-15 minute scenic walk to the falls. Would highly recommend if you like character.

Mr. Joe and Mrs. Virginia were two of the sweetest folks I have ever met! I only wished I wouldve stuck around and visited more than I did. The mansion is amazing, what a BNB should be. I have never stayed in one before or since, but would like to go back and visit again. Greatest location, and well worth every penny!!

I stayed here in August 05 and have just recommended it to
someone in my Japanese online forum. The hosts are soooo nice.
The food/location/bedrooms/bathrooms are all cozy, clean, etc.
If I return to Niagara Falls, I hope to stay at the Holly Rankine House. Wonderful experience :)

My husband went to the Holley Rankine house and had just wonderful time. Joe and Virginia were so nice and generous of all their time and information. The cooking was just great and they offered snacks and drinks at night. They even packed us a goodie bag of treats for our afternoon outing!I recommend this Inn 100% and you will not be disappointed. ...

The Holly Rankine House was really nice and clean, with a lovely homely atmosphere.
We were made to feel really welcome and invited to join the family in the evening in the sitting room.
