  • A gracious Thank You to all of our guests!
    By mustang64_us, 09/20/09
It saddens me to let all of you know that Jim passed away suddenly in May 2009. On behalf of Jim and myself (Allyson), I want to thank you for your continued patronage and the friendships that were made along the way. Unfortunately the B&B closed immediately upon his death. Lily and I have relocated back to Connecticut and have reopened Bed ...

  • A restful haven in the midst of a family trial
    By b, 02/26/09
I stayed several days in September and have nothing but praise for Alyison & Jim. They were wonderful hosts . The breakfast was more then I needed to eat , but i did! I was going through a difficult time and they were very compassionate and kind. I hope to visit again when visiting my hometown. Anyone who has a problem with taking off their shoes..get over it.

The tranquility and beauty of the house and its decoration and comfort in addition to the graciousness and professionalism of its hosts Jim and Betty always make me feel right at home. Breakfast is always something ...

  • I love this place!
    By Eileen, 03/03/07
I visit the Utica area several times a year, and this is where I stay. For starters, this beautiful old stone building is gorgeous to look at, before you've even set foot inside. Hosts Jim and Betty make you feel like a treasured guest. The house is comfortable, homey, beaufifully decorated, quiet, spotless. The guest rooms hae every ...
