what an excellent stay at this small out of the way b&b in ptown. You wouldn't even know it was there, hidden on a side street close to the center. lots of communal outdoor and indoor space, amenities included a hot tub and sauna which we never used but a fab breakfast served until 11am that we took full advantage of. Bottom line staff are just fantastic at this bed and breakfast, they were there at every turn to help us with what ever we needed. Rooms are clean and modern, will definitely return.

we had such a good time at this guesthouse in ptown this august. the rooms are very comfortable and clean, we had one with a deck which we used every day. the breakfast was fantastic, literally all you could eat, we loved the waffles. the location is great because it is very close to everything, we would love to go back to the carriage house and cannot wait for our next trip.

Not having been to a B&B before I did not know what to expect but the carriage house lives up to it's website by letting you help yourself to everything. There is no requirement to get to breakfast at a certain time or have to be quiet late at night, you can come and go without having to see anyone ...it's great! just what I wanted. ...

the carriage house has an ideal location, right in the heart of provincetown, and is very reasonably priced. accommodations are excellent. ken and angus are helpful and friendly, making dinner reservations and providing information on all facets of the cape cod area. we have already booked in for next july.

Carriage House defines an exciting defintion of TLC with beautiful decor, charming + superbly efficient satff + a perfect loacation in Provincetown. We have alredy booked 2 more stays!

We had a wonderful few days in ptown made even better by our beautiful room at the carriage house, a small b&b near the center of town. The rooms were immaculate and the brekfast was a great, we go to the cape often and this will be our new port of call, thanks Ken & staff for a wonderful and meorable trip.

Fantastic character property, beautiful room with terrace, quiet and peaceful but within a few minutes walk of Provincetown nightlife. Very friendly and efficient staff (Ken and Angus) who couldn't do more for us. Excellent buffet breakfast and free homemade lemonade available all day.
We'll definitely be back and we'll definitely recommend to all our friends.
