    We have been here a few times and I do not have one complaint. It is clean, affordable and best of all - pet friendly. By far the best Forest Service campground in the Allegheny Forest!

    Willow Bay is beautiful and has some great fishing areas for small-time anglers. Campgrounds are clean and tidy, and the price which I believe was something around 5 bucks, definitly made it worth it.
