As a travel writer and rater, I was blown away by this great find. This lovely 33 room mansion, completely restored to it's original decor is located in Bristol RI, Bristol County with only 5 guest rooms. We love this place and do not understand why the Brits are writing such a review. They clearly did not read the website. It states, no children under 14. We go often and find it is worth every dollar as it is all inclusive except for dinner. But dinner was furnished on the night of the fireworks. We were present during the Fourth at the Inn and the children were really loud and disrespectful of their parents, other guests and the property.

Way over priced sorry nothing in RI is worth 600 a night. We stayed there and were disappointed and felt a whole lot lighter in the pocketbook.

We are from California and just stumbled on Point Pleasant on a trip to New England. We were so pleased to find a small boutique resort that even exceeds the similiar in the Tuscany region.
