I enjoyed my stay at this quaint motel. Walking across the beach parking lot and down the stairs to the Atlantic Ocean was easy. We sat at the beach in the mornings, and sat by the motel's refreshing pool in the afternoon. At night we walked to restaurants and the Sundae School for ice cream. The owner/manager, David Maslin, could not have been more helpful. The maid service was the best.

Our family has been staying at the Old Landing Motel for about 8 years. It's tradition now for all of us to meet at the Old Landing in September. We also stay there during the summer. room was small, noooooooooo ocean view which the owner promised,when it was booked, and made us feel very unwelcome,as he left a rude note, which i still have,and made demands of wanting money, form us, as he called it a penatly, i call it a shake down, he has done this to others as well, not a good way to run a bussiness,if you want people to come ...

My family is returning for our 7th summer vacation at The Old Landing Motel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and you cannot beat the beautiful surroundings of this place. It is a true Cape Cod vacation experience.
