We loved the rooms, the food was wonderful, it was just a great place to stay. We traveld with two other couples and felt like we were at home. Drinks in the rocking chairs on the porch, dip in the hot tub made for an enjoyable time. Close enough to enjoy the beach, the islands and still have a restful nigh.

Our suite was absolutely beautiful and the hostess just couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy there. I would recommend it to anyone going to Port Clinton and would certainly stay there again when I go back.

The Bashful Mermaid Bed and Breakfast is now our Home away from Home. Our stay was like being at a five star Resort and having the Luxury of a private home. FUN FUN FUN, That is just the start, the place was clean and I am picky, We arrived to fresh baked Holloween cookies, We were greeted by a Mermaid, it was of course holloween, We went to a Party at Nick's and were loaned a costume by Diane. The breakfast the next day was awsome. We have already reserved a room for next year..

What a fantastic stay we had. Diane and Larry were perfect hosts. The rooms were very romantic and the breakfast was excellent. The B&B was was very neat and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Just wanted to leave a review of this wonderful Bed & Breakfast in Port Clinton Ohio. The Hosts were great. I never knew there was so much to do in Port Clinton in the winter. We went to Mon Ami Winery the first night, and went Snow Mobiling at East harbor Park, and went Ice fishing on day two. The Inn was awsome and the breakfast was wonderful. I will be telling everyone about this gem we found in Port Clinton.

Way too big, impersonal, host and hostess phoney, breakfast cold, yard very unkempt and full of weeds, long, long stairs to guest rooms which was exhausting, too far from downtown, ambulances going by all day and all night to local hospital. Entire backyard a parking lot. We felt like a number. Never Never again!!!!!

This place was far beyond what I was hoping for. We just got married and booked a room with out ever checking the B&B out. It looked nice on the internet. It was so much nicer than the Web Site.
