This is a value property where you get a good deal for your money. From the last review in 2003, it seems that the management has improved. I looked at the room before I leased so I knew what it was going to be like. It was like staying in a hotel but at a much better price when you are looking for at least a month. It is convenient to downtown New Haven and the use of the facilities at the Clarion across the street was a good bonus.
