This place is away from all others which made my stay laid back and peaceful.Price is comparable for this time of year. Room was comfortable but had small bathroom. The manager was very helpful.Steps away from the beach and you can walk into town.

It has been a good location for us to spend time with your family, and you are literally a few yards away from the beach. I love the weather there too. This is our third year there and we are making plans to take other members of our family and come back next year again.

i know montauk very well, and generally speaking, if you have a car, there are much better places for much better value. On the other hand, if you don't have a car, this place is in a great spot, walkable to any place in town, yet not in the center of the chaos (yes, montauk can be chaos in august)
