I have NEVER in my life, seen a hotel like this one before. Hotel Carter, which is suppose to be a hotel, is certainly not. I would not rate it even a motel. Dirty beds, carpets, bathrooms, the whole room in general. No HOT water to take a shower, faucet fell off, in my hand. Extremely bad customer service! Suppose to stay one week, left the next day. Room next door had mice and cockroaches. Warning you, do not stay here!

You can't argue with the price. It's no frills at it's best. My girlfriend and I love the place. You can't beat the location and since we are from Long Island it's great for last minute booking. When I mean last minute you can walk in at 2am and get a room. You can't beat the price for New Year's Eve either. Go for it!
