I won't even dignify the rating "bad service" There was NO SERVICE. Sparce, broken AC, had to buy my own tp as there was absolutely no one on site to service the room, No cleaning service. Gave a AAA discount but has no affiliation with the auto club. Just lovely.

Wow they did a lot to this place, Just under a year ago we stayed and thought it was okay but this time wow and the manager had mentioned they are just getting started with the remodeling. I will say this there is no pool there never has been its just incorrect listing. They are very nice very clean and I will be staying there every time I go to heber.

Manager appeared friendly but we soon found out why. Upon entering the room we discovered one working light out of four, huge bug in one of the beds keeping the pillow warm, television hummed to let you know it was on, carpet was badly stained, shower curtain was horribly mildewed, in the bathroom saw what appeared to be either a blood or fecal ...

No Pool as stated, unclean and the manager appeared drunk. Heber City, although is nice city & has grizzly bears that are movie stars and the mountains imposing
