Stayed at this hotel for four nights during the busy Pikes Peak Marathon weekend. I had to call several times to change our reservation and the staff was always very helpful and accommodating.

The best value in Manitou Springs - by far. Cleanest place we have stayed at in years, late check in and they even let us check out late...! Free continental breakfast, newspaper delivered right to our door. Beautiful, beautiful beautiful view from our room of Garden of the Gods.
