I have been staying here from the mid 1990's and while it is not a Ritz Carlton and that is part of the charm as you feel right at home, I have to say it is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It is always clean and so convenient to everywhere in the Smokies. I sometimes just go and stay there because it is so restful. I am going again in a few days and I have to admit I love just staying there.

We loved everything about this hotel. Everyone was very nice. The room was so clean.Last year we had a very bad experince with a motel down the rd. But this year was great, loved the balcony, especially at night with all the lights across the rd. The housekeeper NORMA done a great job with our room.. We will go back again. THANKS

My dad started the tradition of staying at Mountain Breeze several years ago,My sister and I kept it going!! The staff is always very helpful and curteous. The rooms are always very clean!! That means alot!! We love to sit in the rocking chairs on the top floor...Only 1 problem,if you are disabled, it's hard to walk up and down the stairs,Really need an elevator,at least one....Love sitting on the top floor watching the lights and activities!

The wonderful staff make this motel the best. My husband and I visit the
smokies 4-8 times a year. This is our place (as long as we don't wait
to late to book a room). Very clean and worth the money. Its like our 2nd home.

Mountain Breeze Motel was exactly like the web site shows. Family owned, close to everything. Very clean, comfortable room, with kitchenette. We stayed in the family suite. Nice separate bedroom for parents with wood rockers on the balcony. Only dislike is that if you need to use the sofa sleeper, it blocks the front door at night when in use.

During a time when service is a premium, this motel is at the top. It has good location for dining, shopping, and attractions. We have been there many times and the desk clerks are always friendly and helpful. Even with the growth experienced by the area in the last 20 years, it still feels like coming home to stay with friends that own and operate ...

We go to Pigeon Forge every year the weekend before Thanksgiving to do our Christmas Shopping. We have stayed at Mountain Breeze for several years now and we keep coming back because of the great location and the very friendly staff. It is right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The rooms are always neat and clean.
