Hey families on a budget. Clean, FRIENDLY. Under $40 for 2/one bed. Adjust accordingly for additional but still great place. Has pool, WiFi, No AC but didn"t need it. # miles too Hearst if that rings your bell. Sea elephants just down the road. Other motels up and down the road same area range from $60 to $250..

This is a great basic hotel for a family stay. The beds could have been more comfortable, but it was fine for a few days. The room was nice and big. We stayed for nearly a week, had excellent service from the front desk to housekeeping. We only wish that the indoor pool would have been a bit warmer.

One thing missing from the advertising is that weekend guests must bring their own ear plugs. If the car stereo punks don't get you, the "live entertainment" across the highway will. Paper thin walls are just no match, and noisy guests didn't help.

We loved the pool and Spa. The Lawn area was very nice. The only bad thing to report was that you can hear the people upstairs walking around. Not very much installation in the walls. Other than that it was a great hotel. We would stay there again.
