The price, location and office staff were very good. However, the rooms were very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned at all. The floors were sticky and the kitchen counters had food stains all over them. There were no kitchen utensils or dishes. This hotel was awful. We were there for a cheerleading competition, and no one from all (3) of our teams was happy. The rooms were disgusting; beds were terrible and uncomfortable; bathrooms were dirty; hallways & common areas filthy. If we hadn't prepaid for (2) nights, we would have gone elsewhere. The only decent thing about the hotel was the location.

Location to family is close, restaurants close, friendly staff, close to mall, many things to like about our stay. That is why we are coming back.

Good place to stay front desk staff a little slow thats all !! But it was a busy time of the day !! Will stay again , have stayed at other Suite ones always good value
