My husband and I enjoyed a great weekend at this relaxing, beautiful inn over New Year's Eve weekend. Theresa and the rest of the staff were so friendly and thoughtful. We really felt at home. The breakfast was one of the best I've had and the nightly deserts were always a much anticipated sweet treat. We can't wait to go back in the warmer weather and enjoy the beautiful garden and pool!

FABULOUS AZALEA!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/21/09
I travel on business to Savannah each month and I always stay at Azalea Inn. I highly recommend this Inn.
Teresa and her staff make it a home away from home...Wonderful Food...and Fabulous Beds make you wish you could stay just one more day...
Very relaxing/comfortable atmosphere. Creative and delicious breakfasts and desserts. Flexible to special food requests (e.g., vegetarian). About one mile walk to River Street. Plenty to see along the way.
The Azalea Inn has that rare combination of perfection that one would expect of much pricier or bigger properties. Attentive and friendly staff, amazing food, great conversation and exceptional rooms. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. It is within walking distance to Historic Downtown Savannah and was great to come back to after ...
This Inn was wonderful...The innkeepers made you feel at home immediately. There is always food (cookies, wine, cheese, sherry, etc...) avaliable. The little dog Joey took naps with us every afternoon! I would recommend this Inn to anyone!

Thanksgiving Weekend Delight
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/07/08
Ran away from home for a girls weekend which was totally delightful. This was a 1st time trip to Savannah for us & the Azalea was an outstanding example of Savannah hospitality. In addition, Thanksgiving dinner at the Inn itself was delicious.
I plan to return & will recommend to friends & family.
We loved this Inn. It was homey and down to earth. It is situated in historic Savannah and close enough to walk to many other locations. The atmosphere was romantic and quiet and just very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we will be returning soon.
My wife and I spent a weekend in Savannah, and stayed here at the Azalea Inn. Teresa and the rest of the good folks at the Azalea treated us like family, and provided a wonderful home base for our getaway in this beautiful city. We were able to easily walk every day into the Historic District, and relax between jaunts in their parlor, sipping wine and enjoying conversation with the other guests. Truly a great experience!

Perfect Honeymoon Setting!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/14/08
What can I say about The Azalea Inn, besides excellent hospitality from the owner Teresa.( complementary champagne upon finding out we were on our honeymoon) Delicious breakfast meals.Very comfortable rooms with a great feeling through out the Inn. Warm companionship from the adorable Joey. Just a short stroll to Forsthye Park and all of Savannah. We loved it. We highly recommend The Azalea Inn & Gardens.
