    the place itself was decent...but the customer service was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! the front desk personnel is very rude. i had a hard time checking in- the overall process took about 3 hrs! the ac didn’t work and when i checked out they agreed to issue a credit towards my account for the inconvenience but I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!

    terrible!! completely terrible!!!
    i will definitely not go back.

    Right on the lake! However, flooding does occur. Activities and views are AWESOME!!! Many ducks, fish, and AWESOME PEOPLE!!!!!! Can't wait to get back since the Hurricane.
