The Innkeeper is horribly rudeI had planned to stay at Gram's hostel for a week in June while looking for a place to live before moving into the Tampa area later this summer. I emailed the Innkeeper to see if laundry facilities were on site or off site and he sent me an incredibly rude email insulting me for asking the question! I would never recommend staying somewhere ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Gram's PlaceNot for everyone, If you want a Martha Stewart type of BnB then find a different spot. Gram's place has unique charm, in a neighborhood of single family homes. Never go back againThe place was dirty, run-down, garden full of mosquitoes and other insects.
It looks like a shed rather than hostel.
I liked the music intil it turned out to be playing all night long!!!

It was just great!The staff is great and Gram's Place has a charm that most places have lost in this part of Florida. The music is great and so it the vibe. We had rain for 2 days that I was there but the hosts were just great. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to get away from it all.
