We had secure reservations. Upon arrival we were told that we had only "requested" reservations. But, why did we need to give credit card details and get a confirmation number? Oscar, the owner, was rude, nasty & just sent us away, without offering to help us find other accomodations. Obviouslly they had over booked. But Oscar the owner/operator doesn't belong in the hospitality industry.
