Very well-organized, efficient, and charming hotel in the nicest part of Naples, Chiaia. It is on a Piazza with Metropolitan railway station and Taxi rank. We had secure reservations. Upon arrival we were told that we had only "requested" reservations. But, why did we need to give credit card details and get a confirmation number? Oscar, the owner, was rude, nasty & just sent us away, without offering to help us find other accomodations. Obviouslly they had over booked. But Oscar the owner/operator doesn't belong in the hospitality industry.
