Lovely hotel!Lovely hotel, full of character, in a very pleasant part of Naples. We had a seaview room, a little more expensive but worth it for the view across the Bay. Very convenient for the metro and funicular, and easy walking distance to the sea front and good restaurants. Wonderful place!Very well-organized, efficient, and charming hotel in the nicest part of Naples, Chiaia.
It is on a Piazza with Metropolitan railway station and Taxi rank. The local area was full of shops and a good selection of restaurants within a short walk.

no hospitalityWe had secure reservations. Upon arrival we were told that we had only "requested" reservations. But, why did we need to give credit card details and get a confirmation number? Oscar, the owner, was rude, nasty & just sent us away, without offering to help us find other accomodations. Obviouslly they had over booked.
