I've stayed at the Sea View Garden many times in the past two years, and while it was nice before, the new building that just opened is exceptional. The guest rooms are very large, well appointed and comfortable. The service is very good, and management is very conscious of their performance.
The bars and restaurants are also wonderful, especially the breakfast buffet. It's the only place in Qingdao I want to stay.
