Nice family motel with a pool and close to beach (3 minute drive). we have stayed three summers in the efficiency apt. There is a little grocery store right next to it, Dunkin donuts around corner and restaurants close by. Service was not too good but we made our own bed and picked up the room daily,they did have plenty of clean towels. all in all a pretty good deal.
