The Acropolis is a delightful family run beachfront hotel. It is inexpensive and comfortable. The beach is right there. It has an enormous pool and a kiddie pool. The boardwalk with its entertainments is just a short walk, close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet at night.
There is a restaurant and bar on the premises so there is no need to stand in line at the public restaurants in town.
I recommend it.

We've stayed here twice. It's not fancy, but the rooms allow for large family groups and the views, the beach...it's not luxurious, but it's fine for families who want to be on the beach and enjoy time together.
