It's a Camp Ground and a clean safe place to go with friends and family! Yes it rains, you are in South La. and they do not have control of the weather. I had a blast when it rained, the mud kind of made it fun.but that's me! The people who run it are the sweetest people and they allow people to have fun and accomadate you. Just remember you are camping at a campground not the Ritz you want the Ritz go to the Ritz.

This campground has a lot to be desired. Mud, Mud, Mud. And it rains often here. Prices are way to high, rough streets, unpaved, shower houses need updating bad, to noisy when they have weekend events, and sewer smell.

This campground would be so nice if they would just up-grade it. We just got back and we had so much mud all over all of our stuff. They need to spend some of the money they are making (just paid $150.00 for labor day weekend)and fix the sites so they do not collect so much water. We and others got our vehicles and campers stuck.

We go a few times a year the kids anf I love it. There is alwalys stuff to do. We brought another group with us this year. There were really shocked at the fun we had and the staff there are the sweetest people. They now go with us alot. We stay in the rental unit and there nice.
