My husband and I came to Florida to get married on the beach. McCarthys is a nice place. We had cottage number 5. It was nice but a little small, but very nice. Jim was nice and upgraded us to house #3, it was very nice! It had everything we needed! Very nice location! This is the place we will come all the time when we are in Florida.

When Hurricane Charley hit Punta Gorda, we spend three days at home cleaning up and then my husband, son and I went looking for a place to stay. McCarthys Inns was a great place to just relax. Small and private. Furniture is not new, clean and unigue. The cottage has a sewing machine stand for a bathroom vanity!
