We started staying at this motel 15 years ago when it was a real gem...clean, quiet, great service, same people returning every year. For the last 4-5 years it has gone downhill horribly. I was surprised to see what a nice place this was. The standard was much higher than what I thought I was paying for. Value, value, value!!!. Clean nicely decorated rooms!!.
They said that they had just done a major renovation to this resort. It was very nice!!!:)

This place is going under a huge renovation.
new name, paint, decorations, new floors, new carpets, etc. There is a new Ownership and new administration. Wait to see the changes!!!!

First of all I should have taken the first sign that came to me of how bad this place was. To start when checking in, a police officer was in the check in area. The list goes on and on.
1. You have to slam the doors to get them to close.
2. Mold on the Walls and in the showers
3. The wall paper is peeling off the walls.

I didn't actually stay there but checked it out for future vacations. I was already staying somewhere else where I wasn't happy so I looked around and found this gem. I love it! The service is excelente, people very friendly and the location is great. We had a very good time and the price is just right.
