Best everWe had a ball here. It was cheap, clean and great fun. Staff showed us all the best pubs and met loads of backpackers at their free karaoke night. Loads of space and facilities. We moved over here from another hostel and were so glad we did. Must have changed a lot since the last reviewers went here.1 of 1 Yahoo! Stay Somewhere ElseMy friends and I stayed here in the summer of 2005.
It was very expensive for a hostel, and even more
costly for what you get. This is the worst hostel
we've ever stayed in. It seems that whether you like this place or not
depends on if you arrive sober or drunk. We,

Less Than AdequateMy girlfriend and I stayed at the Avalon in Dublin last fall. We stayed here because the reviews said it was one of the best hostels in Europe. Whoever said this, must be friends of the management. The lift was not working for several days, so we had to use the stairs. The room was dirty, with no place to put our clothes.
