My wife and I stayed there in July of 05 for three nights. The staff are incredibly friendly - great laid back atmosphere. The dinners served at the bar are excellent. We hiked two days on the mountain trails, which can be conveniently accessed right outside the hotel. It was about a mile walk to the old city center, right along the river - well worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel
