Not our cup of tea...This may suit some travelers but not what we look for in a B & B. Being there felt like we were intruding on the family's life...their belongings were evident everywhere (e.g., piles of shoes just inside the front door). Nice Place to stayWe stay there every year. The location is good and the price is right. They've just redecorated and painted. It's a home away from home. Montpelier is a great central location for day trips in all directions of the state and Betsy's is a great place come back and relax.3 of 4 Yahoo! No frills, but niceThe location was handy and the decor was nice, but the atmosphere was more like a Boarding house, which is nice if that is what you are looking for. I think it would be great for a visiting family member whose loved one attends the college. In the heart of the city...Betsy's Bed & Breakfast is in the heart of Montpelier, VT. Nestled close to the capital and many eclectic shops, this cozy B&B will ensure that your trip to Vermont is comfortable. Be sure to get in on breakfast, that is if you're able to drag yourself from the comfy bed.
