The staff are very friendly superb service .Food is excellent ,room was comfortable,Great Hotel great price. will stay at the colombo hilton on my next visit.

everything was to detail and lacked nothing,specially liked the entertainment at the lounge,The Band Exit was great.liked the spread at all the outlets,the only change preffered would be a better variety in the pastry shop and more smiling faces too.the welcome was great,my choice would be Hilton always in Sri Lanka.

We did like the place because it was very easy going. The service was very good. The food was excellent. And whe like the vieuw on the very nice garden from the restaurant.
Excuse me for my very bad English, but i hope you understand what i mean.

Staff is nice but,

broken Furniture, not working Equipment, noisy Air Con, Bathrooms not up graded since at least 10 years and I stayed at the Executive Floor.

Acceptable 3 Star in this region- like India, Sir Lanke etc. but definately not 5 Star or equivalent to USD 181 they charge

excelence service , value for money guest are treated as family members, most of the employees calling the us by our name even if they cant pronounce it propely they try their best. complety not satisfied about the out side view not the hotel it self. but the out side view.
