The service was terrible. Our Hajj package included 4 persons per room which is typical for that time of the year. They had accomodations (towels, glasses, etc) for barely two people. The whole family kept saying ; 'we have to stay there the next time we visit Medinah'
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/28/05
I enjoyed very much staying at that hotel because the room I stayed in was facing the Majestic Nabawi Mosque. The glass wall of the hotel manage to capture the serene, calm & beautiful secenary surrounding the mosque. At night when I read the Quran, I will face the mosque and I feel I have bonded with the graceful Nabawi Mosque. Until today the image is still fresh in my mind. Insyallah I will be back next year.

Nice Experience

This is Hotel is an excellent experience. Rooms are clean and neat, price is very reasnable (300 SAR per night). The location is around 250m (3 minutes walking) from Al-Haram, and Baqe'a. Below City Plaza is an excellent place to shop for cloths and home appliances. The only bad side of it is the internet availability and price. It is only a slow telephone connection, and they charge 30 SAR an hour!
