    where to start?
    Room was cold. Radiators not working.
    Shower was leaking,floor flooded with water after shower. No nice soaps,only multipurpose gel. No hair conditioner. No tea or coffee. bad cleaning of the room,they came but did not do much. No payphone in the entire hotel, when asked the reply was, well everyone has a mobile. Waiter in ...

    The room was gloomy and tiny. The service was very impersonal. I never received messages left for me. There are no shops or services within walking distance. The breakfast was ok. Not a Ramada standard hotel.
