The only choice in Praia for half civilised accommodation is the Tropico and the Praia Mar, and they are both Expensive for what they are, ** trying to be ****. The staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel could do with updating, i e bathrooms, and does not deserve its #1 rating. ...
