Go upstairs to the fish restaurant and have the dagens menue. A choice of four meals with bread and coffee,My family has tried them all and has liked every one.The service is good,they speak english,get there before midday otherwise book. The only critisism I have is that the tables are quite close together,but hey the Swedes are quite friendly guys so it is only a minor quibble
The Fish Church is THE place to buy fresh fish - when I was little it was a summer tradition to go into town, go to Feskekôrka and buy fresh shrimps, then we sat by the canal and ate them. Seagulls LOVE shrimp peels!!!
I took up the tradition of going there again when my own daughter was little, nothing like fresh shrimps.

I think you mean Fiskekyrka?? The architecture is cool. It looks like a church but is actually a fish market - hance its name - fish chuch!It has great fish, fresh, and a lovely restaurat serving wonderful food.
