We have a group of 44 people who were very happy with the rooms and the stay at the South Point. Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were spacious also compaired to other similar hotels in vegas. Can't wait to go back. :)
I stayed at South Point because I was visiting two local cemeteries. I am not interested in gambling but enjoyed staying at South Point. The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I liked having a safe in the room to store my valuables when I was not in the room. A good place to stay for people not interested in gambling ...

South Point is Horrible
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/17/09
Stay away...the beeeyotch girl that checked us in was obviously a hater, as she was very rude and never smiled. (sorry my jeans cost more than a week salary for you) Our room was OK but the construction at 7 am was unacceptable. When we called the front desk, they informed us that it was due to the construction of the pool and basically we would ...
Large comfortable rooms, with flat screen TV's. All the staff are consisitantly nice and helpful. Great Spa and pool area. Over 7 places to eat, many which are first rate. If you don't mind being a little away from the glitz of the main strip, this hotel/casino is one the best kept secrets of Las Vegas. The slots are fairly loose to boot. ...
My parents and I stayed at South Point this past Easter weekend for my 21st birthday and we loved it! I'll try to stick to the highlights, but there is just so much you can say about this place. They offer a FREE 4-level parking garage, which I hear is a big deal compared to the rest of the strip. The food is very good and fresh. I highly ...

What a terrific hotel. Spacious, clean rooms. Great view. Great service. So much to do in one hotel. Something for everybody. Food was great. We especially loved Baja Miguels. Wow, it was excellent. Can't wait to come back for another visit.

Nice View!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/14/09
Very nice rooms with a great view of the mountains, too bad we had to ask to be moved. Three times we had to call to get someone to fix the TV in our room(wouldn't turn on). The first day there, my wife and I were sitting on the bed in our room planning our stay. All of a sudden our room door is knocked on as it is being opened. It was the ...

Worst LV stay ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/13/09
Stayed 12/30/08-01/02/09 - King bed in new tower Check-in fine, no line, crowd, but bags would take an hour to deliver to room? Long walk to room from parking, especially with 3 days stay bags. Room was large, but only half furnished. No coffee table, no table and chairs by window (although pictured on their website). Only a single sink in ...
South Point was great! Away from the action yet easy to get where we needed to be. We got a great price and had lots of fun. The room was wonderful and kept very clean. The food was decent in the cafe and buffet. Didn't try the others. It was our 1st time in Vegas and South Point was worth it. Only down side, smoking (which was everywhere ...
