Well I will just start by saying, walk into the sales office... wallpaper peel, the baseboards are broken and coming off, the cables for the computer are through a hole punched in the wall. The rooms are better, but they have wallpaper peel, one room will be a nice size, the other is walk in closet sized, the beds felt like they are from some truck ...
