Location not greatLike other reviewers on this site, I felt misled about the location. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Not great, but clean and fresh and welcoming.
As a frequent traveler to Chicago's Midway Airport, I needed to find a hotel closer to the L train. The only one I found was the Carlton Inn Midway. This is where I stay now, and the L train is ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Misleading InformationCalling the Hotel and reading their web site gives the impression that you are only 15-20 minutes from downtown. For tourist ignorant of Chicago geography here is the real details of a trip to downtown from the Hotel
1. Wait for shuttle (5-10 minutes)
2. Take shuttle to airport (5-15 minutes)
3. Get dropped off at airport
