Like other reviewers on this site, I felt misled about the location. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Not great, but clean and fresh and welcoming.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the service was great. i would stay here again. real close to the airport. the pool was good too.

Misleading Information

Calling the Hotel and reading their web site gives the impression that you are only 15-20 minutes from downtown. For tourist ignorant of Chicago geography here is the real details of a trip to downtown from the Hotel

1. Wait for shuttle (5-10 minutes)
2. Take shuttle to airport (5-15 minutes)
3. Get dropped off at airport
