We had a guaranteed and confirmed reservation. When we arrived, the night manager told us that due to a reservation systems error they were overbooked. He said we would have to go stay at Pueblo Bonito Blanco in downtown Cabo San Lucas for at least one night and possibly longer.

After surviving the chaos at the airport, the drive down the corridor and finally to the Pacifica was a welcome site.

There is no perfect resort. However, PB Pacifica is damn close.

First, no one under 15 years old allowed. This pretty much eliminates noise and leaves the hotel to the more sophisticated customer who either has no minor children, or can afford to leave them with the nanny at home.

Just got back from a great stay at PB Pacifica. Resort is beautiful and not too big. The landscaping and general environment was beautiful. Staff is very helpful.
