The location of the hotel could not have been better. We were able to walk to the museums, restaurants, shops and plazas. I really liked the decor. It was cheerful, comfortable and very well thought out. The staff was always very helpful and did speak English. They were always cordial when I attempted my limited Spanish. The rooms were lovely. Decorated nicely with cobalt blue accents and dark rust walls, comfortable bed with white fluffy linens. Bathroom was spacious, and location was great. We stayed at this hotel twice and our first room was bigger, but the second room was still decorated the same nad was clean. The price is a good value for the location.

This is a beautiful design hotel in a great part of town. Ideal location with shopping and great restaurants near by.
Problem is...
it's not a service oriented hotel. And, if you need a concierge this is not the place for you. There's no concierge and the staff does not speak much English. So, if you're a first timer to Madrid ...
