It was awful for the price and supposed prestige... The room was very dusty, i'm talking mounts of it on the drapes, and the curtains were mildewing... My daughter has asthma so I was not pleased! for 110 a night it was yuck! I will not be staying here again! Plus the pool is shared between two hotels, and is closed all of mondays due to cleaning? Really?

We were there for a concert at Hampton Coliseum. The provided a shuttle to the show. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Room clean, comfortable, with plenty of space. Didn't ever get to the pool but it is very nice. Great location close to Hampton and restaurants. Will always stay there when in the area.

Small and luxurious for an HI.
The suites are wonderfully spacious. Free cocktials, free white tablecloth served breakfast, and very polite staff. Fusion restaurant has jazz group and other entertainment during week and week-end.

Only complaint is Has indoor pool but no whirlpool.

Okay so they ask you to sign a damage liability waiver? So! It IS a really nice hotel and the suits are just awesome. Plus you get a free breakfast the next morning too! I'm not talking the cold ceral and bagels with so-so coffee that the other places offer. This is a full blown breakfast hot bar. Sweet!

Considering this was a higher-end priced and brand new Holiday Inn we expected more than we got on our 4th of July weekend stay. Window-unit air conditioner was very loud, and clanked on and off all night - waking everyone up every 15 minutes. When it was off the very loud I-64 was pretty easy to hear considering it's right next to the hotel. ...

This hotel has excellent service and the cleanliness is hard to match. This hotel is conveniently located with quick access to Interstate-64.

Located right off Interstate 64 for easy access to and from the hotel. Good location in relation to areas of interest. Very nice staff and accommodations. We have repeatedly experienced a quiet and comfortable room. The indoor pool sets the hotel ahead of the rest.

I stayed here Memorial Day weekend 2005 with out of state guests. I had heard good things about the hotel and looked forward to my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel demands an unpublished $200 refundable security deposit upon check in. I paid over $100 (cash) for the room and was completely unprepared over a holiday weekend to come up with another ...
