The staff was helpful, the room was clean & it's very convenient to the airport as well as numerous places to eat. Absolutely no problems. Definitely the first place we'll look to when looking for a Fort Smith hotel in that area.

I tried to book 13 rooms at this hotel but the person who took care of the bookings was out marketing the hotel in a turkey suit and was too busy to take care of a customer. I made 4 long distance calls one of which was a repeat since I was hung up on...finally, I was told no one else could help me. I could not even find out if there was ...

This was a very lovely place to stay, we enjoyed the breakfast and evening treats. I will make sure I come to all the marriott hotels from now on. The rooms were beautiful and lots of comfort I have never found in any hotel.

The staff was rude and the room was less than desirable. Will look for another hotel to stay at when going to Fort Smith again.

The rooms were great, and service was superb. They assisted with emergency arrangements for family members as our original plans were changed, due to a death in the family. Excellent Service and rates!
