From the moment we entered, the staff was so friendly. Cookies! The look of the hotel was great compared to so many others. Cleanliness was everywhere. The only complaint we have is the thin walls and we had an elephant upstairs. We enjoyed our stay there, the breakfast was adequate, and the scenery in the Rapid City area is spectacular. This is a newer hotel in the area. It was absolutely spotless. The people were the friendliest I have encountered in any hotel. Great free high speed internet, nice breakfast (they officially serve breakfast at 6:30 but coffee, juice, bagels, etc are actually being set in place and available at 3:30 AM..great for us very early business workers). If I return to Rapid City I will definately stay here again.
