I've stayed here twice since they've opened. It's formulaic Hampton Inn - no surprises - in a cool old building. Everything feels and smells new. Staff is great. Parking is expensive but it's downtown Providence. Highly recommended.
This is one of the nicest hotels I've visited. It is a very upscale, new hotel ('09) created from a former downtown bank building. The floorplans are well thought out and decor very modern. The service was very pleasant from the valets to the front desk to the breakfast attendants.
The rooms were very luxurious and clean w/ all ...
I booked this B&B 4 months in advance and they charged the money. But upon arrival, I came to know that NO ROOM is available and the owner knew much in advance but never bothered to inform me. Thanks to my GPS, I was able to find another hotel though much higher cost.
