Is this place for real? What a joke! I was recomended by a friend because he knows we've stayed all over the world in different Marriotts . At check in I was treated rudely by a "Front dest Manger" Looked like he was on his 18 hour straight and stressed out!! So he said he lost our reservation because the reservation department was ...

Not a pleasent stay.
By ShiningSquirrel, 08/04/08
Stayed here for a company function. To start, parking is terrible. I had to drive around the parking lot and the hotel area for over 30 minutes to find a space. Valet parking was available, but not accessible due to the many cars lined up at the front door due to the several weddings. Note: According to the hotal staff, they average 7 weddings on ...

I think the hotel is very nice. The service of the bell staff was on par with any 5 star hotel. Resturant was nice but way over priced. Bell man said the further down the hall you go in the new wing of the building the better the view. He was right.

Weekend Getaway
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/26/08
For my wife's birthday, I decided to surprise her with a romantic weekend getaway at Wentworth by the Sea.
We flew into Manchester, NH - it took about an hour to drive to the hotel. The hotel features valet parking; when we arrived, the valet (team) was MIA, so we self-parked (saving $5/night). The hotel's location is hard to beat - ...

Always return to the Wentworth
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/03/08
My wife and I have been returning to this hotel at least twice a year since reopening in 2003. Every stay has been better than the one before. A perfect place to get away and just explore and relax. New Hampshire hospitality at it's best. Total comfort. Wonderful location. Don't forget to book a treatment at the Spa.

Beautiful Hotel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/12/07
Just returned from a weekend at the Wentworth and it was absolutely amazing. Our room was one of the finest we have stayed in, comparable to the Venetians rooms as we have stayed there often. Fireplace, separate bedroom, dining area, soooo roomy. The bath had marble heated floors, wonderful jacuzzi tub (my husband loved it) and a separate ...

SPA!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/06/06
My sister-in-law and I went to Wentworth for a night as a getaway (we live in Southern NH). We spent the evening getting hot stone massages and sitting outside (in the middle of winter) in the hot tub, looking at the stars. GO TO THE SPA!! It makes the experience.

nice hotel but
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/05/06
I stayed at the hotel for one night on business, the hotel was nice but the floor I was on smelled like smoke. I asked about it and was told the fire place which is in the lounge causes a back draft on the floor I stayed on.

Overpriced
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/06/06
Biggest disappointment was our view of the road!!!! When you pay $500 a night you expect a beautiful view of the ocean which they lead you to believe you'll have but they aren't even on a beach. You have to drive to a beach. Very disappointing. Also we reserved a king size suite and the rooms were very small. I guess for that kind of ...

This was a beautiful hotel that has been lovingly restored in New Hampshire. There are a lot of charming things about this place. The spa was good- not as great as others that I have been, but still good nonetheless- a little on the small side. I would recommend that you stay here if you can get some kind of a discounted rate, as I believe the ...
